Honesty
means full disclosure. You can be assured that we will ask the
difficult questions. You have to be willing to give the real
answers even if they are difficult or embarrassing. If you can't,
you're not ready to change or for DE, Inc.
Respect
is critical and must be mutual. We already respect you.
You've done something that most of our society would never do - take a
risk. You in return must respect that we can navigate you through
the process of
mastering change. If you do not believe that, then you are not
ready for DE, Inc.
Commitment
means that once we agree that there is mutual benefit to our relationship
DE, Inc. will commit whatever is needed to assure you get the results you
