Attended our Business of Design 3-day workshop and applied many of the
concept that revolved around strategic partnership and outsourcing. He
established formal relationships with several key builders he had worked with
over the years, and got involved in property development sharing in the future
returns. He also found an apprentice to mentor as an additional resource
investing in the apprentices business to show his commitment and to create
another revenue source.

Within the first year:

Project Description:
Based on our initial findings, using our exclusive Improve PDQ Productivity
Assessment, tool we pinpointed team weaknesses and developed a 90-day action
plan for improvement. Using our Improve PDQ™ Coaching and Consulting
Services DE, Inc. we assisted the manufacturer to develop a process that took
advantage of existing "best practices" and added some standards to areas where
none existed.

After 4 months here are the results:
