mentoring techniques. This means we teach and you do. Through regular
scheduled meetings, we review and discuss tasks required to implement
the change; provide assignments for the next meeting; and audit
completed work. Clients find this service cost-effective when on a
tight budget and time available to learn new skills.
Business Management & Leadership Consulting
DE, Inc.
resources facilitate change by doing. Our resources are engaged in
projects within your company to accomplish the needed tasks to implement
required changes to move you and your business forward toward your
vision. During the process, knowledge transfer is completed as part of
the project to assure the needed skills are installed so that you can
sustain change and growth after DE, Inc. is gone.
This is a good
way to augment your staff with personnel or skills you currently lack to
move your business vision forward. This delivery method is much more
costly than coaching, but is implemented when time is of the essence and
budget is not restrictive.
Leadership & Management Training
All change
demands learning. DE, Inc. employs this method when a large number of
people need to be taught a skill. Training is more cost effective than
coaching when many people require critical skills. And, when used in
conjunction with coaching or consulting, it is a very effective way to
quickly get a team to a high performance level!
