Sample Accountability
Goal:
To reduce the risk and liability associated with monitoring and tracking
samples of controlled pharmaceutical products with their sales reps.
Project Description:
Used an accelerated facilitation process to define, design, and plan a
project for the pharmaceutical manufacturer in less than one-week. A six-week
analysis by the corporate business analysis group resulted in a similar and less
documented solution.
Results:
Reduced reporting from monthly to daily, reduced staff by 1 clerical
position, and increase sales forecasting from 4-6 weeks to 1 week by
consolidating the process from 23 to 17 procedures.
