networking, and direct selling to grow a national management consulting
practice. Create market planning process into a easy-to-use workbook and
training program that reduced market planning dramatically while collecting all the needed information to build a solid
marketing plan.
Results:
Increased sales 56% & 63% two years running and generated revenues 113% of
plan.
