Government Contract
Goal:
To update six standalone worldwide command and control systems into a single
integrated database system running at major Air Force Commands.
Project Description:
Lead a 5 person team that conducted a risk analysis of all technical and
management facets of the project. Quantified all potential risks and prioritized
the risks for executive management. Based on the identified risks created
contingency plans to mitigate the risks that totaled more than $25 million in
program funds.
Results:
Protected up to $25 million in risk exposure on a $500 million government
contract by leading a program-wide risk analysis and contingency planning team.
