Improve PDQ™ Process

Goal:
To create a cost effective method for businesses to use to improve current operations reducing cost and cycle-time and increasing productivity.

Project Description:
Took the project management implementation process learned in the Air Force and formalized it into a repeatable set of best practices. Tested and fine tuned the process over time using it against many different process improvement initiative for software quality improvement, sales and marketing, customer service, product development, market planning, strategic planning, procurement, to name a few. This has also been tested in many different industries including finance, aerospace, manufacturing, software technology, business services, insurance, construction, non-profits, etc.

Results: 
Increased team productivity by 73% by creating and improving a process for accelerating the implementation of organizational change in dozens of companies since 1991.
