Flawed Project Design

Goal:
To develop an e-commerce system to collect data from over 9,000 customers and over 100,000 employees for high volume back-office transaction processing.

Project Description:
Designed solution then managed contract and internal resources for this $250,000 Oracle development effort.

Results:
Identified potential problem in an e-commerce project integrating web, IVR, time clocks, e-mail, fax/scan technologies saving tens of thousands of dollars.
