Customer Relationship
Management System
Goal:
To create a full Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product offering to
the PEO market a need existed but no product or vendor was being actively
marketed to the industry.
Project Description:
Using industry knowledge, having consulted with 5 different PEO's and
insurance companies on CRM issues, configured an existing CRM solution for use
in the PEO industry. This include development of a full business and marketing
plan to launch the technology as the PEO industry CRM solutions market leader.
Results:
Completed a $25,000 sale to a growing PEO to fund the development of the new
product-line.
