Chiropractic Office
Goal:
To develop a marketing strategy and plan to increase revenue through new
patient acquisition and increased repeat business by existing patients.
Project Description:
Analyzed current marketing efforts and tried to piece together results.
Looked for areas where current marketing efforts could be modified to increase
effectiveness. Also, implemented program to develop new distribution
channels and used a patient reactivation campaign for a quick revenue boost.
Results:
Increased patient traffic by 15% during the first month and ultimately
increased profits for the
year by 37%.
