Channel Program
Goal:
Wanted to improve the quality of deliver of their product by their value
added reseller (VAR) distribution channel improving customer satisfaction.
Project Description:
Designed and develop a formal program that taught channel partners to be
more effective business and technology consultants by providing a standardized
and proven implementation methodology.
Results:
Delivered fully documented implementation methodology and training materials
for channel partners.
