Goal:
To increase revenue generated by Business Development Week (BDW) by increasing the reach into the business community at large and increasing the overall number of sponsorships sold.

Project Description:
To provide far greater value to the sponsorship than the cost. This was accomplished by creating a specialized training and marketing program to teach sponsor companies how to more effectively use sponsorship to promote their community involvement and products and services during the event.

Results: 
Increase the sponsorships by 33% and revenue to Chamber by nearly 300%.
