Major Bank Mortgage Wholesale Division
Goal:
To establish an automated sales solution to assist the wholesale mortgage
sales by a major bank in the Florida.
Project Description:
Managed the definition of their standard business process and system design
to automate process. Through an internal review of the specification found an
internal solution that met their requirements that already existed within
another division of the organization.
Results:
Saved client over $100,000 by using an internal system already owned by
parent company.
