Project Description:
Based on our initial findings, using our exclusive Improve PDQ Productivity Assessment, tool we pinpointed team weaknesses and developed a 90-day action plan for improvement. Using our Improve PDQ™ Coaching and Consulting Services DE, Inc. we assisted the manufacturer to develop a process that took advantage of existing "best practices" and added some standards to areas where none existed.

Results:
After 4 months here are the results:

Improve PDQ™ Productivity Index increased by nearly 20% (measures the team’s overall productivity)
Resource utilization improved by 40% (meaning 40% less resources are needed to complete work).
Cost control improved by nearly 70% (meaning they are using 70% less effort and dollars to complete the work).
Schedule control improved by over 34% (meaning work is completed in 34% less time than before to complete the work).

Construction & Renovation Company

Goal:
To get a construction company back on track after loosing a major contract that took revenues to $0.

Project Description:
DE, Inc. was retained to analyze the current business model and suggest innovative solutions to improve the current situation. One problem identified was the lack of an on-going source of recurring revenue. After some creative design, DE, Inc. created a new service offering to use resources for on-going facility maintenance. The planned model used the new service to generate enough revenue to cover all business overhead putting all construction revenue, less cost of goods sold, directly to the bottom-line.

Results:
In less than 45 days of implementing the plan:

Sales were at $30,000 in less than 30 days on $360,000 in total forecasted sales.
The next 60 days see at least $25,000 on $865,000 in total forecasted sales.

All sales activity came from internally available relationships. No outside marketing had been completed to date.
