Goal:
To get a construction company back on track after loosing a major contract
that took revenues to $0.
Project Description:
DE, Inc. was retained to analyze the current business model and suggest
innovative solutions to improve the current situation. One problem
identified was the lack of an on-going source of recurring revenue. After
some creative design, DE, Inc. created a new service offering to use resources
for on-going facility maintenance. The planned model used the new service
to generate enough revenue to cover all business overhead putting all
construction revenue, less cost of goods sold, directly to the bottom-line.
Results:
In less than 45 days of implementing the plan:

Sales were at $30,000 in less than 30 days on $360,000 in total
forecasted sales.

The next 60 days see at least $25,000 on $865,000 in total
forecasted sales.
All sales activity came
from internally available relationships. No outside marketing had been completed
to date.
