Billion Dollar Business Service Provider
Goal:
To reduce the overall cost to automate 40 branch offices throughout the
southeast.
Project Description:
Worked with executive management to develop a project strategy to decrease
project risk and overall cost for a $1.5 billion company. Led a 15 person
project team that successfully defined, designed, developed, and implemented a
field services system.
Results:
Saved $3/4 million on a software product selection by recruiting and
managing end user, support, and technical personnel in a vendor selection
process.
